Haven Housing // Steller Kindness Project

As we enter the colder months it becomes more difficult to plan outdoor events when the weather is so cold, so when Shelby from Haven Housing reached out to Katie and the Steller Kindness Team asking to utilize our Steller Connect space we were ecstatic, plus - it was indoors!

A few weeks ago, the Steller Kindness Project helped in hosting Haven Housing’s annual holiday brunch. With the help from our AMAZING photographer friend, Chelsie Lopez, we were able to pull off a picturesque event with some great people. It wouldn’t be brunch without the help from the Freehouse in the North Loop and their lovely food.

Partnering with Haven Housing was something that has been in the works for a while now so being able to put their idea to life was truly something special. Haven Housing is an organization that is passionate about providing women in crisis or transition with a stable environment and the opportunity to explore options for their future. We provided the space, but the people over at Haven Housing made the event a warm and welcoming place that brought together a great group of women and their kids.

We are excited to partner with Haven Housing in the future and other organizations that align with the Steller Kindness Project’s philosophy.
